Digital Networks Training Facility
The new Digital Networks Group training center in Corona, CA is yet another step to provide an even higher level of excellent customer service. The training center allows engineers, project managers, and technicians to train in a live environment from installing and programming AV equipment to wiring a complete AV System bringing it to live for its final sing-off which will complete every training session. Digital Networks Group frequently rotates all staff through different training programs to learn about the latest equipment in the AV industry.
"We have been thinking about a facility like this for a long time because were always running out of space when we were training our staff at our main office in Irvine. The training center allows us to train several team at the same time and certify them in a shorter time frame," states Chris Ursetta, Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations at Digital Networks Group.
"We are absolutely thrilled to have our own training center in place now. This will improve our customer service even more and will be able to install equipment more efficiently, which will save our customers time and money, in times of economic slow-down. In addition will help our customers to cope with the continuously decreasing budgets," explains Mike Stammire, Co-Founder and President of Digital Networks Group.
